If you are talented, motivated and passionate graduate student from a hospitality, tourism, culinary or hotel and restaurant management program, our Spring/Summer graduate student positions are your opportunity to relate your classroom study to the day-to-day operations of Canada’s most breathtaking resorts.
Fairmont Banff Springs is now recruiting for the following student opportunities:
- Housekeeping - Room Attendant
- Second Cook/First Cook
- Stewarding Attendant (Kitchen Dishwasher)
- Golf Operations / Turf Care
- Food Porter/Busperson
- Host
- Front Office Agent
- Switchboard Agent
Successful applicants will be matched to available positions based on previous relevant work experience, area of studies and the hotel’s operational requirements. For this opportunity you must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, Recreation, Turf Care, Golf Operations or Culinary post graduate program.
Starting Rate: $16.55 per hour - $18.93 per hour, this is dependent on the position.
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years.
Candidates must be available to start as of May 5th - October 15, 2026 at minimum or available for permanent positions.
